Sales - Wireless Specialist

Retail Wireless Specialist providing personalized customer service to identify and fulfill wireless product needs. Responsibilities include facilitating retail sales of cellular devices and services, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community involvement, following up with customers by phone for further sales opportunities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products, handling daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and administrative duties), and developing action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals. Must possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and available during store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
