Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and community involvement events, and contact current customers via phone for additional business. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and services, handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management, and monitor action plans for daily and monthly sales goals. Maintain open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
