Job Summary
As a Wireless Specialist at Russell Cellular in Ranson, WV, you will engage customers to identify their needs and deliver personalized wireless product and service solutions. You will drive retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and related devices, create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events, follow up with current customers for upsell opportunities, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and support daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash handling. You will work to meet daily and monthly sales goals, embody Russell Cellular’s values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service, and collaborate with the Marketing Department and teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience. Compensation includes a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions and potential for advancement, along with benefits like health/dental/vision and a 401K.
