Job Summary
Retail Wireless Specialist role involves facilitating the sale of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to customers, delivering individualized customer service, and developing sales opportunities through campaigns and community involvement. Responsible for maintaining product knowledge, supporting store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling), and achieving daily/monthly sales goals while demonstrating Russell Cellular’s core values and commitment to providing the best wireless experience.
Required Qualifications
