Job Summary
As a Wireless Specialist/Retail Sales Representative, you will facilitate retail sales of wireless devices (phones, tablets, watches) and wireless services, provide individualized customer service to meet needs, create sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns, reach out to current customers for additional opportunities, maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, and handle daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory control, cash management). You’ll work with the team to develop action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals and participate in a culture of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while supporting Verizon-brand initiatives and community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired
- Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
- A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
