Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while delivering individualized customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and community involvement events, and contact current customers via phone for further business. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and services, demonstrate equipment capabilities, and handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. Monitor action plans for daily and monthly sales goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for technology, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
