Job Summary
Retail Sales Representative for a Verizon Authorized Retailer in Odessa, TX, focusing on wireless products and services. You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices, provide outstanding customer service, develop knowledge of wireless products, contact customers for additional sales opportunities, assist with store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash management), and support daily/monthly sales goals. You will create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community involvement, and collaborate with the Marketing Department. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a demonstrated interest in technology and learning wireless quickly, with open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Also notes uncapped commissions potential and various benefits, including health/dental/vision/life insurance and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base
- Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
- A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
- Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
