Sales - Wireless Specialist - Ocoee, FL

Retail Sales Representative role focused on Wireless products and services. You will engage with customers to identify needs, provide individualized service, and facilitate sales of cellular devices and wireless plans, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products. Responsibilities include driving store sales, creating opportunistic marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department, following through on customer outreach, managing store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, administrative tasks), developing action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales targets, and representing the brand values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, motivation to learn and grow, comfort with technology, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
