Wireless Sales Representative role handling in-person retail at Russell Cellular in Northvale, NJ. You will engage customers, assess needs, and provide wireless products and services with strong customer service. Responsibilities include driving retail sales of cell phones, tablets, watches and services; creating sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events; following up with customers by phone; maintaining up-to-date product knowledge; supporting daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, administrative duties); and developing action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
