Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for further business. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. Monitor action plans for daily and monthly sales goals. Requires ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; lift 50+ lbs; and strong communication skills.
