Job Summary
As a Wireless Specialist, you will facilitate retail sales of wireless products and services while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include driving sales through creative marketing efforts, contacting customers for sales opportunities, managing store operations such as inventory control and cash management, and developing knowledge of wireless products. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, motivation to excel, and the ability to adapt to a diverse customer base.
