Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for new leads. Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals. Work open availability during store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
