Job Summary
Wireless Specialist at Russell Cellular (Verizon Authorized Retailer) in Hinesville, GA, responsible for facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other wireless devices and services; provide individualized customer service to determine needs, develop product knowledge, execute sales campaigns with the Marketing Department, contact customers for additional opportunities, and manage store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling) while working toward daily/monthly sales goals and maintaining a focus on customer care and community involvement.
