Job Summary
Wireless Sales Representative role in Russell Cellular (Verizon Authorized Retailer) at Halethorpe, MD. You will know your customers, assess their needs, and provide individualized customer service to equip them with wireless products and services. Responsibilities include facilitating retail sales of cellular devices and services, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events, contacting customers for follow-up sales, maintaining knowledge of wireless products, and handling store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. You will develop action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals, demonstrate brand values of integrity and service, and work with a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, self-motivation, technological aptitude, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift 50lbs; open store hours flexibility.
