Job Summary
Retail Sales Representative role focused on understanding customer needs and providing individualized wireless product and service recommendations. Responsibilities include selling cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices, creating sales opportunities, contacting existing customers for additional sales, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and handling store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and administrative duties). Requires strong communication, motivation to grow, tech aptitude, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
