Sales - Wireless Specialist - Greenville MI

As a Wireless Sales Representative at Russell Cellular in Greenville, MI, you will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service. You will develop customer relationships, identify needs, provide individualized product recommendations, and create additional sales opportunities through campaigns and community events. You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, support store operations (opening/closing, inventory and cash handling), monitor daily/monthly sales goals, and work with the Marketing Department to drive growth. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a motivation to learn and excel in wireless technologies, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; you must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have open availability during store hours.
