Sales - Wireless Specialist - Fairfax, VA

Retail Sales role focused on wireless products and services. Responsibilities include facilitating sales of cellular devices and wireless plans, delivering individualized customer service, creating sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events, contacting customers for additional opportunities, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and handling store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. Must develop and monitor plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals, demonstrate strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and possess motivation, a tech affinity, and the ability to adapt to a diverse customer base. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to lift 50+ lbs is required. The role entails being the face of the team in a Verizon Authorized Retailer setting with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement.
