Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for further engagement. Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties while developing continuous knowledge of wireless products. Develop and monitor action plans for daily and monthly sales goals. Open availability is required during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs. This role offers uncapped commission potential and opportunities for growth within a Verizon Authorized Retailer network.
