Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and handle daily store operations including inventory control, cash management, and opening/closing duties. Monitor action plans for daily and monthly sales goals. Requires strong communication skills, a knack for technology, and availability during store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
