Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service; provide individualized customer service to equip customers with wireless products and services; develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; contact current customers for additional sales opportunities; support store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management; develop and monitor plans to achieve daily/month sales goals; participate in marketing campaigns and community involvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills

- Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
- A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be
