Job Summary
Retail Wireless Specialist responsible for selling wireless devices and services, providing customer service, and developing opportunities for growth. You will know Russell Cellular’s products and services, demonstrate equipment capabilities, support daily store operations, and work with the Marketing Department to create campaigns and community events. The role emphasizes achieving daily/monthly sales goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge while being the face of the team in a Verizon Authorized Retailer environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base
- Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
- A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
- Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
