Retail Sales Representative role at Russell Cellular (Verizon Authorized Retailer) in Chanute, KS. You will facilitate sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and wireless services, provide individualized customer service, build relationships with customers, and develop knowledge of products and services. Duties include driving sales through campaigns with Marketing, contacting current customers with opportunities, maintaining product knowledge, and handling daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. You’ll develop and monitor plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals, while demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability to a diverse customer base, and a motivation to learn and excel. Availability includes store hours nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
