Job Summary
Retail Sales Representative for Russell Cellular (Verizon Authorized Retailer) in Byron Center, MI. You will facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services, providing personalized customer service to meet customer needs. Develop product knowledge of wireless devices (phones, tablets, watches) and services; create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community involvement; contact current customers via phone for further sales opportunities; support daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, inventory, and administrative duties; monitor and pursue daily/monthly sales goals. Requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills, self-motivation, adaptability to a diverse customer base, a knack for technology, and open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Commissions supplement base hourly pay with uncapped earning potential; base rate $13.73/hour with average with commission $18.73/hour. Required Qualifications
