Job Summary
Retail Sales role focused on wireless products and services; you will engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized wireless solutions while upholding brand values and driving sales goals. Responsibilities include facilitating sales of cellular devices and services, supporting marketing-driven campaigns and community events, contacting existing customers for additional opportunities, maintaining knowledge of products/services, and handling daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and administrative duties). Requires strong communication, relationship-building, a proactive learning mindset, tech affinity, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position offers uncapped commissions with a base hourly rate, benefits, and opportunities for advancement as part of a Verizon Authorized Retailer network.
