Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for new leads. Develop continuous knowledge of products and services, then handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. Monitor action plans to accomplish daily and monthly sales goals. This role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays, with an ability to lift 50lbs and open availability during store hours. As a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you will serve as the face of the team, offering uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement within our 750+ location network.
