Job Summary
As a Wireless Sales Representative for Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you will engage customers, identify needs, and provide personalized wireless product and service recommendations. You will drive retail sales of cellular devices and services, create additional sales opportunities through campaigns and community involvement, reach out to customers for follow-up opportunities, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and support daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and administrative duties). You will develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals, while embodying the company values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service and delivering Care for Every Person to customers and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired
- Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
- A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Open availability during store hours
