Job Summary
Wireless Sales Representative role in Russell Cellular (Verizon Authorized Retailer) based in Benson, AZ. Drive customer-focused wireless product sales and services, create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community involvement, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products. Responsibilities include facilitating retail sales of cellular devices and services, performing store operations (opening/closing, inventory control, cash management), handling daily tasks, and participating in achieving daily/monthly sales goals. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, a technology affinity for wireless products, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Base pay plus uncapped commissions with a projected higher average with commission, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K matching, and opportunities for growth.
