Job Summary
Retail Wireless Sales Specialist responsible for facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services; delivering individualized customer service, building relationships with customers, creating sales opportunities through campaigns and community involvement, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, handling store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash management), and pursuing daily/monthly sales goals while aligning with Russell Cellular’s values and Verizon partnership.
