Job Summary
As VP of Sales, you will lead and mentor a talented sales team and personally drive high-value strategic partnerships. Required Qualifications
- Proven Scale-Up Leader: A track record of success leading B2B sales teams in a high-growth company, ideally having played a key role in scaling revenue through the £2m-£10m range.
- Experience in Facilities Management, Proptech, Energy, or Building Management is essential.
- Player-Coach Mentality: A passion for both managing a team and rolling up your sleeves to close significant, complex deals yourself.
- Commercially Astute Partner: A strategic thinker with a proven ability to shape and grow complex, long-term partnerships.
