Job Summary
Hybrid Inside Sales and vendor-management role based in Slidell/Sidell, LA. The Sales & Vending Representative manages customer accounts, identifies customer needs, recommends solutions, replenishes vending and toolroom inventory, performs warehouse tasks and local deliveries, troubleshoots and repairs vending machines, prepares quotes, and processes orders. Builds long-term customer relationships across multiple departments, tracks delivery tickets and reports, and supports sales operations and customer service while working in a full-time role with benefits at the Slidell, Louisiana location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class D license, or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Mechanical and technological competency
- Proficiency with computers and business software
- Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safety supplies (preferred)
- Inside sales experience in industrial or welding supply (preferred)
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
