Job Summary
Organize and maintain the vehicle lot and showroom by parking, moving, and arranging cars for maximum presentation. Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for display or test drives while inspecting inventory for damage. Install pricing stickers, tags, and promotional materials, then assist the sales team with retrieving and staging vehicles for customers. Maintain a clean, safe lot by removing debris and follow all dealership safety guidelines. This role offers a consistent schedule and base hourly compensation between $18.00 and $20.00, with benefits including subsidized medical and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off starting Day 1.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift, walk, stand, and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
