Job Summary
Manage assigned sales territory by maintaining current customer accounts and developing new clients for TNT Crane & Rigging's Commercial Construction Crane and Rigging services. Represent the company to obtain orders while establishing long-term relationships and penetrating new markets. Attain sales objectives through personal and telephone solicitation, prepare quotes, coordinate with dispatch, and close deals. Read manufacturer load charts to determine crane lift capabilities and verbally communicate safety issues to customers and internal workers. Comply with all safety and environmental policies, prioritize workload without direct supervision, and submit administrative reports on a timely basis.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet all the requirements below to be considered for this position
- Ability to read, interpret, and determine that an assigned Crane can perform the lift by utilizing the Manufacture's load charts
- Ability to verbally communicate Safety issues to Customers and internal workers
- Must be able to prepare and present quotes and close sales
- Must be able to deal with deadlines
- Needs to be able to prioritize workload and work without direct supervision
- Must comply with all applicable safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Must be punctual and available for job duties
- Must have good Customer Relations skills and the ability to communicate with external and internal Customers
- Must be able to cooperate with others in team environment for training and conference on operational issues
- Maintains insurable driving record for use of company vehicles
- Maintains all other required licenses
- Must be able to prepare and present quotes and close sales
