Job Summary
Sales Operations Optimization Supervisor responsible for driving excellence across Agribusiness Philippines. Collects and analyzes performance data, implements training programs, manages optimization initiatives, and ensures alignment with corporate goals. Serves as a liaison and educator to Feeds Sales, Marketing, NITR, QM, and external partners, coordinating with Animal Production Specialists and business customers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-3 years in sales operations/training & development, strong data-analysis and digital-solution skills, instructional design and curriculum development experience, proficiency in e-learning tools, excellent communication and facilitation, and willingness to travel for training initiatives. Master’s degree or additional certifications in Training & Development, Business Optimization, or Project Management are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education or Training and Development, Business Administration, Communications)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, training & development, business optimization, or related field
- Proven track record in data analysis, process improvement, and digital solutions implementation
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and digital training platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel for training and business development initiatives
- Relevant certifications in business analytics, training & development, or project management preferred
