Sales Training Manger

Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive annual sales training plan aligned with product strategies and organizational goals; create onboarding and induction programs; design and deliver blended learning sessions (classroom, workshops, field coaching, virtual); build digital learning solutions (e-learning, video modules, webinars, mobile learning); evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback; collaborate with Sales Leadership and regional teams; manage training materials and budget; ensure compliance with policies and regulations; lead product launch training packages and provide tools for field sales with a focus on enhancing capabilities and performance.
Required Qualifications
- +5 years working experience within the pharmaceutical industry in sales training and capability development
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Digital learning tools and platforms expertise
- Leadership and coaching capabilities
- Languages: English
