Job Summary
Lead Sales Training & Enablement for the Global Sales organization within the Strategy & Operations team; manage and develop the L&D function, setting annual/quarterly training strategy, partnering with Sales SVP/Directors and cross-functional teams to identify needs, and producing training collateral and materials. Drive KPI/OKR-focused programs, supervise Analysts/Associates/Managers, and roll up hands-on training delivery and collateral creation. Strong background in Sales training, project management, and people management is required, with hands-on experience in HighSpot and Salesforce, plus data-visualization tools. This role is fully remote within the U.S. with occasional travel to LA; a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in Sales or Sales training
- 2+ years of experience as a people-manager (leading Sales or Sales trainers)
- 2+ years of experience working with HighSpot (or other Learning Management Systems)
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce (deep knowledge required)
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Experience with data-visualization tools like Tableau, Domo, or Looker
- Experience handling large data sets in SQL and/or Redshift
