Job Summary
Sell and service a wide range of insurance products including farm, crop, auto, homeowners, commercial, life, medical, and dental, while meeting quarterly sales and retention goals. Explain policies, analyze coverage needs, and recommend solutions to clients; prospect new customers through community networking; ensure accurate policy documentation and service requirements; inspect properties to assess risk and suggest corrective actions; promote Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance through local advertising and community involvement; engage in ongoing training and development; foster strong relationships between county offices and the home office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Georgia driver’s license
- Must have passed Georgia Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance exams (License Required)
- Actively pursuing licensure through the Georgia Department of Insurance
