Job Summary
Sell and service a wide range of insurance products including farm, crop, auto, homeowners, commercial, life, medical, and dental; meet quarterly sales and retention goals; consult with clients to explain policies, analyze coverage needs, and recommend solutions; prospect new customers and grow membership through community networking; ensure policy documentation and service requirements are completed accurately; inspect properties to assess risk and recommend corrective actions; promote Georgia Farm Bureau and GFBMIC through local advertising and active community involvement; engage in continuous professional development and product training; foster strong relationships between county offices and the home office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Georgia Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance exams (License Required)
- Valid Georgia driver’s license
- Actively pursuing licensure through the Georgia Department of Insurance
