Job Summary
Sell and service a wide range of insurance products (farm, crop, auto, homeowners, commercial, life, medical, and dental); meet quarterly sales/retention goals; consult with clients to explain policies and analyze coverage; prospect new customers through community networking; ensure policy documentation and service requirements are completed; inspect properties to assess risk and recommend corrective actions; promote Georgia Farm Bureau through local advertising and community involvement; engage in ongoing product training and foster strong county home-office relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Valid Georgia driver’s license
- Passed Georgia Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance exams (License Required)
- Actively pursuing licensure through the Georgia Department of Insurance
