Job Summary
Lead recruitment and onboarding of sales candidates; develop and deliver training programs; conduct daily/weekly/monthly roleplay sessions; execute ride-alongs and field coaching; create and implement new sales training initiatives; retrain underperforming staff; track individual and team performance metrics; collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes; run sales meetings and skill-development workshops; cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a roofing and construction sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, sales training, or sales management
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
