Job Summary
Sales Trainer responsible for designing and delivering new-hire sales training for New Homes Sales Consultants; creates scripts for community tours, phone calls, follow-up emails, and objection handling; conducts weekly workshops and roleplay sessions to improve lead conversion and customer experience; coaches on performance metrics and CRM usage; partners with marketing and operations to ensure consistent messaging from lead generation through closing; maintains training manuals, scripts, and onboarding materials; coordinates with HR for new-hire orientation and ongoing training; travels to community visits in Texas to train on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in coaching or managing sales professionals with measurable results.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and digistal sales tools.
- Strong understanding of the Texas new-home market and buyer psychology.
- Ability to travel for community visits and field training sessions.
- Prior knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
