Sales Trainer Junior Associate - Region II

Job Summary
Regional Sales Trainer role focusing on Region II (regions including Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua). Responsible for conducting on-site training for sales teams, developing and updating training materials, evaluating programs, organizing logistics, and ensuring marketing materials meet standards. Collaborates with Head Office-provided materials and PIC Trainers, travels for business, and delivers engaging trainings with strong presentation and MS Office skills to drive sales productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of training; experience in smartphone related training is an advantage
- Strong analytical, public relations and problem solving skills
- Expertise in providing similar training programs
- Proficiency in presentation techniques (speak clearly, manage a training session, classroom, or in-store environment)
- Ability to manage pre- and post-training evaluations
- Strong understanding of technical and soft skills training, as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Team player and able to work under pressure
- Strong leadership, proactive, independent, and willing to travel on business
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Confident public speaker with excellent communication, storytelling ability, and provide motivation to sales team members
