Job Summary
Sales Trainer & Event Field Manager (Retail) based in Paris with 3 days in the office; responsible for sales team training, in-store sell-out activation, and management of B2B/B2C events across France, including design and delivery of training materials, on-site coaching, in-store activations, and event budgeting and KPI tracking; requires Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant retail/training experience, fluency in French and English, and strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, marketing, sales, or training
- 2 years of experience in retail training, field sales, or trade marketing
- Fluent in French and English
