Sales Trainee Sales - Outside Sales

Sales Trainee role focused on developing knowledge for promotion to Outside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include rotating through departments (yard operations, production, dispatch/scheduling/delivery, inside sales), accompanying Outside Sales Reps on customer calls to learn sales and customer-service techniques, potentially handling inside sales tasks (phone, orders), and taking on various Outside Sales duties (take offs, processing orders, obtaining signatures on tickets, making sales calls to new/existing customers). Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field and 0–2 years of experience. Training and development are emphasized to prepare for an Outside Sales career with BFS’s tools, processes, and sales techniques.
