Sales Trainee

Sales Trainee role focused on supporting Account Sales Managers, covering ASM routes during vacations or special projects, and maintaining customer relationships across large and small format off-premise stores. Responsibilities include in-route and in-store support, executing daily plans with tools and price displays, coordinating with ASMs/DSMs on priorities, training with ASMs, ensuring brand standards and proper rotation, and contributing to in-store execution measured by KPI such as sales, distributions, pricing, and merchandising.
