Job Summary
Sales Trainee supports ASM routes and covers for vacations, sickness, and special projects while maintaining customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format off-premise stores. The role builds brand standards, executes in-store plans, and trains toward an Account Sales Manager position through daily preparation, route coverage, and collaboration with ASMs/DSMs on priorities. Responsibilities include ensuring proper brand rotation, conducting audits and displays, driving KPIs related to sales, distributions, pricing, and merchandising, and supporting both in-route and off-route activities. Requires a valid US driver’s license, DOT medical card, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and strong customer service and sales aptitude; English language skills are an advantage.

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
