Sales Trainee

Sales Trainee is a training role designed to prepare the candidate for the Account Sales Manager path. The role supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the ASM during vacations, illness, or special projects. You will service customers across large and small format off-premise stores, maintain relationships between sales, merchandising and operations, and ensure adherence to Red Bull executional standards. Training includes learning Red Bull brand basics, in-store execution, and daily preparation tools; you will train with ASMs, cover ASM routes when needed, and contribute to route plans, displays, and merchandising. Progression opportunities include interviewing for open ASM or other roles, with a potential 12-month (plus up to 6-month extension) completion period. Daily responsibilities emphasize relationship-building with customers, achieving daily KPIs related to sales, distribution, pricing, and displays, and supporting both in-route and off-route activities.
