Sales Trainee

Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during vacations, sickness, injury, or special projects. Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format off-premise stores while adhering to Red Bull executional standards. Obtain daily tools to execute plans, communicate priorities with managers, and train with Account Sales Managers. Cover ASM routes to meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising. Conduct off-route audits, blitzes, and display building to drive the sales business. This at-will training role prepares candidates for Account Sales Manager positions, with eligibility to interview upon successful program participation and certification.
