Sales Trainee

Sales Trainee role designed to prepare the trainee for an Account Sales Manager (ASM) position. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations or special projects, and maintaining customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format off-premise stores. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and adherence to Red Bull execution standards, with daily tasks including obtaining tools to execute the daily plan, training with ASMs, in-route and off-route sales support, merchandise displays, audits, and achieving KPI targets related to sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and new accounts. Requires a valid US driver’s license and DOT medical card; candidates must be at least 21 years old; English required with additional languages an advantage; equal opportunity employer statement included.
