Job Summary
Sales Trainee role focused on supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format off-premise stores, servicing customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner per Red Bull standards, and training toward an Account Sales Manager role. Daily tasks involve preparing tools for daily plans, communicating with ASMs/DSMs on priorities, in-route and off-route merchandising and audits, building displays, driving brand flow, and achieving daily KPIs related to sales, distributions, pricing, display, and merchandising. Requirements include a valid US driver’s license, DOT medical card, and being at least 21 years old. The role is at-will with a base hourly pay range $19.95-$22.05, and a structured path through training with potential promotions to ASM or other roles.
