Sales Trainee

Sales Trainee role designed to train for an Account Sales Manager path. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, providing route coverage for the ASM during vacation or special projects, maintaining customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off-premise stores, and delivering service in a safe, productive, professional manner per Red Bull executional standards. Daily duties cover in-route support (covering ASM routes, achieving daily KPIs on sales, distributions, pricing, displays, and new accounts) and off-route support (audits, blitzes, merchandising). Training progression leads to ASM or other qualified roles; promotion, continued role assignment, or extended completion period possible based on performance. Requirements include a valid US driver’s license, ability to obtain a DOT medical card, minimum age 21, ability to lift 25 pounds, and proficient English; additional languages advantageous.
